| Description | The River Bure runs through the Norfolk Broads from Melton Constable through Wroxham before joining the River Yare at Great Yarmouth and flowing into the sea at Gorleston. It was widely used to feed the various mills and industries along its route. Slocombe’s view depicts a quieter scene of figures at leisure. |
