Description In addition to a similar impression, the British Museum has in its collection an impression of the girl in reverse carrying no gifts and with a different background. This impression is identified as ‘proof of an illustration to ‘The Count’s Daughters’ in ‘Good Words’, Christmas number 1874, p.3. 1874. Wood-engraving on thin proofing paper’.
